Yangon (Rangoon), Myanmar
13:11 Last day at inle today and we have come back to the Golden Kite for lunch before we go for our flight back to Yangon.
The table next to us is I'll of we think Chinese tourists who have so far shared some pizzas and are now sharing (as if sharing a Chinese banquet) spaghetti bolognaise and carbonara and plates of chips and taking lots of photos of them! We suspect they haven't had this before!

14:41 We hadn't been going very long before we stopped at a wooden monastery and interesting temple with glass decoratoin on the walls . The wooden monastery is a place for novices (between 10 and 20) to learn about Buddha. As we are there there are classic images such as an older monk washing his habit and a very very old monk sitting partially in shade and partially in sun and a family of a mother, father and two young children came into the monastery with water buckets to take water from the water tank through a hosepipe and a sieve.

15:25 We arrive at He Ho airport, a tiny airport and our luggage is unloaded from under the bus into a large luggage trolley wheeled in by airport staff. We sit and wait for a good few hours before we take off at sunset and fly back to Yangon for a lovely final dinner in a lovely restaurant.
