Exploring Ann Arbor and Cheering for Blue!
Andy attended a week-long study course in Ann Arbor, Michigan to prepare for an upcoming certification exam; so I met him there on Thursday evening to visit another corner of the United States that I had never before explored. I wanted to walk the streets of this beautiful college town and take in as much as I could during my short visit. Saturday would be game day in Ann Arbor. Andy got tickets to the Michigan vs. San Diego State game. I would be sporting a Michigan T-shirt and cheering, "Go Blue!" in the largest college football stadium in America, The Big House; where the crowds in the stadium nearly equal the city of Ann Arbor's population of 114,000 (http://sportige.com/top-10-ncaa-football-stadiums) I read up on all of the pre-game festivities and didn't want to miss anything!
