A few days in Melbourne

The day I got back into Auckland from my 5 months European trip my daughter Sandi pointed out a really cheap airfare to Australia. On impulse I booked a two week stay in Melbourne at the end of November. Over time I arranged on Airbnb to spend 10 nights sharing a lovely apartment in a suburb of Melbourne called Kew, and also arranged to visit my brother Peter's widow Sue who had moved back to spend time at her childhood home of Cobram which is 260 km inland from Melbourne. My idea was that I needed a small trip or two to keep in practice for next years 3 month European jaunt. As it is I have already booked a ridiculously cheap return airfare to Amsterdam starting next May,
