London post Olympics - boom or gloom?
How could we refuse the offer by an amazing and generous friend of a flat in central London, gratis! Marylebone here we come. London post Olympics could be gloom but we're hoping it's boom, especially with the Paralympics on while we're there. We're also hoping for the Indian summer we experienced a couple of years ago. No Europe side trips this time. Just the UK - England, Wales, Northern Island and Scotland. It'll be planes trains and automobiles with a couple of ferries as well. We're even squeezing in a Tokyo overnighter on the way home. Onwards and upwards...
