Once More Unto the Desert Southwest
We're headed back to southern Arizona, New Mexico, and a tiny bit of Texas in quest of 13 national park sites, including 4 National Parks. No ballgames--there is a minor league team in Tucson, but, oddly, they don't play in October. (In fact, they play in July and August. In Tucson. Where it's 100 degrees every day in July and August.) No drive-in theaters either; there is one in the state of Arizona, and we have been there.
