Australia - Sydney, Tasmania, Adelaide, Maclaren Vale and Clare Valley

We wanted to go back to Australia and had considered travelling north from Sydney but as we wanted to travel in February the weather meant we would be best sticking to the south, just means we will have to go back another time but later in the year. So for this trip we are heading back to Sydney which we loved, we have a night at the opera booked -Turandot - and will concentrate on the things we didn't have time for before, definetly a trip to Manley. Then we are going to Tasmania for 15 days before flying back to Adelaide although we only have one night there. We have 5 days booked in Maclaren Vale before spending our last 2 nights revisiting Thorn Park in the Vines before flying back from Adelaide via Hong Kong to Manchester.
