Biking Erie Canalway Trail with Brenda

When I mentioned that I wanted to finish biking the entire Erie Canalway Trail to celebrate my birthday this year, Brenda offered to accompany me. At first, I didn't really think she was serious, but she was definitely serious and immediately started planning. Planning is her specialiity and she is very good at it. Then Vesna said she would like to do it too. We tried to convince Sharon but she backed out in preference of other things. As it was, Vesna fractured her trochanter while getting ready for the ride and couldn't make it - being on crutches and all. While I was away for September, Brenda made all the arrangements for car rentals and places to stay with rides planned for three days: Buffalo to Lockport, Lockport to Holley and then Holley to Bushnell Basin near Fairport. It was a fun trip and many thanks to Brenda for all her work in planning it!!
