Mediterranean Wanderings

For one of us the cruise last year from Southampton to Perth was not long enough. This fall we board Holland America's Veendam to sail from Fort Lauderdale to Fort Lauderdale via the Mediterranean in 50 days. We spend a couple days in Lisbon, Barcelona and Malta; and also stop in Malaga and Cartagena in Spain, Rome, Naples and Palermo in Italy. New to us will be stops in the Azores, Dubrovnik, Croatia, several stops in Greece, Sardinia, Gibraltar and for my birthday in November Casablanca, Morocco. A brief visit once again to Funchai Madeira and then back across the Atlantic.
