The Far East

On several occasions I have had the privilege of visiting countries in the Far East. Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, the Philippines... I am fortunate to have close friends and family there, such that I can sometimes experience events in a way an average tourist might not. I never recorded my visits before, and this is just a short trip. But I want to write down some of my impressions. When I am old and no longer able to travel, I’ll read these pages of a time long gone. That’s okay. Chinese culture thinks in centuries..
