Chris & Elaine's Mexican Enchilada 2014

We wanted to escape from the British winter to warmer climes, but after the liver abscess Chris brought back from India and the broken ankle I brought back from Utah, we also wanted somewhere which hopefully wouldn't endanger our health! So we are off to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico for sunshine, good food, margaritas, colonial towns, Mayan ruins, haciendas, cenotes, beaches and a football match ... in fact the whole Mexican Enchilada!
