Exploring Thailand~ Seeking the Perfect Place to Hang my Hammock

Wanderlust~ ( n.) A strong desire or urge to wander or travel and explore the world. I have this. Even though my feet barely stay on the ground for very long, the desire to go somewhere far, somewhere new, sneaks up on me every couple of months. I look forward to the " big" trip every year. Which usually always draws me back to Asia, where I love to explore. The low cost, the amazing food, incredible massages, friendly people, and those beaches, call me back every year. On this adventure, I will start in Thailand and head up to cross the border into Laos where I will join the "Gibbon Experience". A 3 day trek into the jungle to stay in Tree houses far above the jungle, zip lining from tree to tree just like the monkeys who surround me. Then its off to new islands, adding to my list of 20 visited so far in Thailand alone. The excitement of going on an adventure never goes away. Challenging myself to get better on packing my backpack with one or two less items that Im sure I can live without. Seeking to explore more off the path. Experiencing what $9 a night offers. Could there be a better Pad Thai then my favorite street cart in Bangkok for $1? Thailand awaits me, thankyou for always welcoming me back. Sa-wat-dee.
