Taking the Train up North, Getting Lost in Laos for a While....

Another Solo Adventure...Its true that in traveling alone, you always get the window seat, you always get to pick the restaurant, and you will always meet many new friends along the way. I am never alone on these journeys, since there are so many other travelers just like me, in search of their own experience, and looking to discover new adventures, and learning to enjoy your own company once in a while. On this trip I will start in Bangkok, take the overnight train up North and visit Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and a Cool Hippy town called Pai before crossing the border into Laos for a slow boat ride down to some of the popular spots, and some off the beaten places too. After a few weeks of Treking up North, I will fly to an Island that I have not yet visited in Thailand called Koh Phangan known for its Full Moon Parties which Im planning to miss on purpose to be there for its amazing beaches and laid back vibe.
