Cycling Hadrian's Wall

Maryport - Tynemouth Route 72 Approx 165 miles (including my detours) I arrived in the UK a day earlier than expected, thanks to the chaos caused by Hurricane Harvey in Houston. This gave me a full weekend to explore northern England, so I hired a bike and jumped on a train to Maryport, on the West Coast. One pub-meal later and jetlag was getting the better of me... falling asleep by 8pm meant I was up bright and early and ready to treadle across the country by 7!
