California Dreaming
A three month epic trip across the USA from Maine to Northern California and back. Dolly and I will begin in Maine, travel south (to warm weather) through New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and finally California. That's the first half. Yosemite is one planned stop in California with our ultimate destination - Arcata and McKinleyville to attend Kate Emerson's graduation from Humboldt State University on May 17th. After celebrating her birthday on the 18th and a few days in the Arcate/Eureka/McKinleyville area we're heading north then east for a trip through Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa (a side trip by Jan to Ontario for a week long Walleye fishing trip) then back to Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and finally back to Maine the 3rd week of July.
