Corned Beef, Cabbage and a Kilt

Heading to the island of Ireland for a work conference in Limerick in September. I'm paying to get there, but I'll be rooming with my colleague/friend, so it seemed like a good time to go. I'm excited to see what Ireland has to offer, as it's been on my "must see" places for awhile. We're also going to try to get in a day or two of Edinburgh. It will be a whirlwind, but when have I not liked a challenge?
