Germany - AA #19

Glenn and I flew over to FRA on Scott Russell's NEXT to LAST flight on August 20th, then we flew back to DFW on his VERY LAST flight. AA 70 DFW - FRA AA 71 FRA - DFW Scott's been employed with AA for 36.5 years. His seniority with AA is 19. Scott and Barbara are dear dear friends of ours. We wanted to honor him by being on his last flight. Never wanting to waste an opportunity, Glenn and I decided to spend 8 days over in Germany in conjunction of the trip. Very worth it. Glad we did it. Scott's wife Barbara was with him on his last 2 trips. Glenn and I stayed over in Germany for 8 days, driving south towards the Alps. We wanted to walk through some old castles, drive along with winding Romantic Road, eat bread, sit and watch the world go by.
