Iceland: Land of Fire and Ice
Larry, Derek, Erin and I traveled to Iceland. Larry and I had been there five years ago for a three day add-on to the end of our Baltic Cruise. We knew we wanted to return and see more with the kids. We drove the Ring Road clockwise around the whole island staying in Airbnbs. There is a lot of truth to the observation that Iceland should be called Greenland and Greenland should be called Iceland. We also learned there is truth to the Icelandic saying: there is no bad weather, only bad clothing. I hope you enjoy reading about all that we saw and did as much as we enjoyed finally getting back to traveling.
