Tastes of Thailand--Tom Yum, Temples, and Tuk Tuks
I'm tired of cold and snow and this year's February escape will be to the warmth of Thailand and Cambodia. After exploring Thailand from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, with stops at the River Kwai, Sukhothai, and Chiang Rai, it is on to Phnom Penh and Siem Reap to remember the sorrow of the Killing Fields and the splendor of Angkor Wat. Join me as I travel by plane, train, minibus, tuk-tuk, pickup truck, boat, raft, ox cart, and hopefully an elephant on my next adventure.
