Travels around a teardrop, Sri Lanka Feb/Mar 2018

There's lots to look forward to on our journey round this island shaped like a tear drop just a stones throw from the southern tip of India. We will be travelling on our own by car with a driver, taking in 3 National Parks (hoping to spot leopards and most certainly Asian elephants and sloths), a forest reserve with abundant bird life, the Cultural Triangle (an archaeological circuit of 4 UNESCO sites), the misty highland tea plantations and the palm fringed coast.
