Lycian Way West in Turkey Apr 2011
The Lycian Way is a marked long-distance hiking trail in southwestern Turkey around part of the coast of ancient Lycia. It is over 760 km in length and stretches from Hisarönü, near Fethiye, to Aşağı Karaman in Konyaaltı, about 20 km from Antalya.
Place to place walk of the walkable western section of the Lycian Way from Kayaköy to Patara. Organised by New Experience with bags transported from hotel to hostal along the way. On this walk we are a party of 6, the other 2 couples know each other and didn't really mix with us - disappointing really

This entry is being written in April 2023 as part of a retrospective catch up of many of our trips and holidays since the purchase of a digital camera in 2005. Mike is able to carry out this catch up due to his enforced 'lock down' after new hip surgery in Feb 2023.
