Oklahoma & Arkansas Road Trip, Autumn 2009

Well, it's been a few months since I've taken a significant road trip. That means it's about time for one, and there won't be too many opportunities to go many places by car once winter hits. Autumn is usually a great time to travel in most of the U.S. with pleasant temperatures, usually rather little rainfall, and the changing seasonal colors. I hold very fond memories of a short road trip I took in Autumn of 1993 from Denver across the Plains to Kansas City, Branson, and the Ozarks. My plan is to do something along those lines again but a little farther south, visiting Tulsa, Little Rock and Hot Springs, and then Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplex.
