Iberian Express

This was our family summer vacation and, truth be told, we can't recall how we finally decided to visit Portugal and Spain with our close friends, the Rieckhoffs. Portugal had remained the last big country in Europe which we collectively had not visited, and Katherine has always wanted to visit Barcelona. While we can't recall the lineage of the decision, we did travel together again as two families. Having done so well together in South Africa, it seemed natural to go it again.
