To London again, to France again, and again to London

Well this time we're doing a sandwich trip. The slices of bread are two stays at the flat in London; the meat is a week in southern France with our erstwhile travelling companions, cousins Carole and Manfred. In London we intend to see lots of friends and relatives, an unaccountable number of of whom seemed to have flocked to the vicinity recently. And In France we'll revisit the old haunts around Vence and St Paul de Vence, where we lived a decade ago, as well as staying at Manfred and Carole's place at Taradeau, in the Var.
