About 6 months ago, we came across a great deal on flights to Portugal. So, out of the blue, we booked the tickets and worried about the details after. On this trip, our connecting city on the way to Portugal is Amsterdam, Netherlands. So, rather than just catch our connecting flight, we are staying in Amsterdam and surrounding area for a week. Then we will catch our connecting flight and spend 3 weeks in Portugal.
