2019 - Another Adventure to Europe
This visit to Europe is largely to pursue my great love of hiking. I’ll spend the first two weeks at three different locations in the Swiss Alps. Then I’ll travel to southern France where I’ll do a seven day self-guided walk, The Way of St James, which is part of the Camino Trail or Pilgrims Way to Santiago de Compostela in Portugal. Then I’ll spend a period with my French friend, Doris, in and around her cute village Rejaumont which is a couple of hours drive west of Toulouse. I’ll then head to the Scottish/England border country to do another week’s self-guided hike, Saint Cuthbert’s Way. All going well, I then hope to spend three nights in London before flying home.
