Edinburgh to Neyyardam

One way to reach Antarctica is from Australia so who needs a better reason for going there. How to get there was the only issue, or was it, well not really, the idea of being locked inside a metal bird and missing half the world on the way there and another half on the way back is complete madness to me. The first part of the journey depended, inevitably, on the big metal bird but once we reach Asia proper its backto land and sea based travel.
