I prefer to go somewhere and stay long enough to get a feel for the place and people. I generally prefer temperate climates and mountains to beaches. Always on the lookout for traditional singing and music. I'm partial to a good cup of freshly roasted coffee but otherwise prefer to discover local food and drink.
