We have retired and moved to Mexico where life is slow and climate is perfect.  The climate of the Lake Chapala area sometimes referred to as eternal spring was rated #2 in the world by one report.  It was second to some place in Kenya.  We have lived here since November 2010 and I understand why it is ranked that high.
