Hi, we are Terry and Maura - TravelKiwis. We are a couple from New Zealand who have been married for 30 years and now on a new journey to see more of the world. We have sold our home and given up our careers having decided there is more to life than chasing the corporate dollar. We want to share our adventures with anyone who is interested in travel, food, people and experiences. We have 3 sons (Richard, Daniel and Alexander) who are in their 20's that we will be leaving behind, but hope they will join us at some stage throughout our time away. We are very interested in packing light (only 10kg each through Asia), learning about people and cultures, buildings older than 200 years (that's about the oldest in New Zealand) and especially all foods foreign to us. We want to share our experiences good and not, hints and tips that may help other travellers, places we stay, things we see and food we eat.
