Here we are sat in Jetstar's lounge at Gold Coast airport, one of the perks of booking what was StarClass but is now Jetstar Business. We should be boarding but the plane has been delayed just over an hour.
We're in no rush, we're on holidays

Today's plan is to get on that plane and then make the most of the freebies that come with our tickets - booze, food, entertainment - things you pay for with Jetstar down the back (where we usually sit!).
This is the first time we've had a what we'd call a big baggage allowance - 30kg each and 2x10kg cabin but it's mid-summer in Japan so no jackets, long pants etc, just piles of t-shirts, socks and jocks, although not really that many socks cos I'm thinking I'll be wearing thongs or sandals most of the time.
