The restaurant combines a touch of glamour with modern design. It is available for lunch or dinner and it also serves brunch on Sundays.
It is another favourite meeting spot of the Athenian elite since 1963. I know from friends who come here at least once a month who time and again speak highly of its rich buffet options. The restaurant is focusing on Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
I am not that fond of buffets and I did not have the chance to have lunch or dinner here but I had breakfast the two days we were staying at the Hilton.
Breakfast at Byzantino is rich and sumptuous and there is an open kitchen where the guest sees cooks at work. The buffet has everything for everyone enough to fill you up till dinner. The quality is great and the coffee is really strong and hot just I prefer it.
