How can I forget those lingering serenity moments out there .
At breakfast time, the beautiful view, the feeling of sea breeze in my face, the first rays of sun sparkling in the water, the fine and pleasant smell of jasmine, the lapping of the waves down by the coast and the sounds of nature.
"The music of nature" I would actually call it. It is much more than sound its life itself.
Dinner time around sunset, the color of the sky changes.
Delicious food, impeccable service, homely feeling and fine wine.
This is my Cyprus in a way!
