This morning I was going to spend some time exploring the metro some more. The Stockholm metro is quite unique. The stations are not uniform in design and each one is a modern work of art. I'd seen stunning photos online and wanted to find some of these stations. 



 

 
 








 























 

I first went to the park from last night on the south side of Sodermalm Island to find the bridge again I'd seen on a music video. I wasnt on the right side and it was too difficult to get the correct angle I'd seen on tv which was shot from the air in the 80s. 

 
    






















 








 
I was now heading back into town and had time to explore some more of the unique station designs getting use out of my 3 day tourist pass. 

 
 

When I got to Central Station which was the main interchange station in the town centre this was one of the most unique and interesting. 

 
 

The station has an unfinished cave design rather than smooth walls in most metros. It was also painted in the colours of the respective line including across the ceiling arches. 

 
 

The Radhuset Station for the City Hall was also interesting in a red Mars cave like rock.
