Saint Julian's, Island of Malta, Malta

A Relax Escape!

The Lotus Spa has been rated as one of the best Spas on the Island and it is one of Le Meridien's highlights . On my recent business trip I was here for 3 nights and had the opportunity to visit it.

The Spa environment basks an atmosphere of relaxation allowing you to maintain a sense of peace.

With specifically tailored treatments for individual requirements, it offers top notch services and a plethora of different other treatments.

I remember upon arrival I had a painful backache. I visited the Spa, talked with a therapist and I was advised to take the traditional 'Elakizhi’ Ayurveda treatment. (55 mins / 85 min for €85 /€110.

Ciara, my therapist was very careful, discreet and polite and explained step by step the whole procedure.

The therapy had to do with fresh herb leaves cooked in Ayurvedic oils packed in bundles and applied hot. The technique nourishes, tones and rejuvenates the body cells, alleviates sore muscles and joints, enhances and cleanses the channels of circulation and expels toxins through the sweat .

This pain relief massage was beyond my expectations and I instantly felt the difference. From that point on there was no more pain and I felt strong and active again. What a bliss!

The Spa offers a wide choice of massages, from indulgent thermal therapy to more intense deep tissue treatments. A relaxing massage is a great way to recover from your flight or prepare for the journey home, and each massage is individually tailored to your needs….just check and get advice from the professional team.

Be sure to check for the special offers selected each month with exclusive prices.
