Visa On Arrival for Cambodia

Phnom Penh, Cambodia
My flight from Bangkok was again smooth with Air Asia and on time. I arrived at Phnom Penh from Bangkok in the afternoon.

                    Visa On Arrival for Cambodia

Visa on arrival was simple as I had downloaded, printed / filled the form and attached my passport picture as well before I set off from London.
They do give you a form on the flight to fill in case you have forgotten to print the form but do bring 2 passport pictures and also $20 for the Cambodian visas or they do accept the card. I was pleased I had done my homework well and I chilled on the flight while other passengers on flight were fumbling for pens in the middle of naps.
At the Phnom Penh airport the visa stamping process takes 10 -20 minutes in the queues. The Cambodian visas will take a whole page of your passport.
You can download the Visa form from this site.

You can also get e-visas for $25 but there have been complaints about bogus sites and people have lost their money.

Land Crossings/ Visas from Thailand and Vietnam

If you are travelling by land to Cambodia from either Vietnam or Thailand then the same VOA procedure applies at the border crossings. In case they ask for extra "Tea " money say No, unless you do not want any hassles.

Check this link out for how to do the land crossing from Thailand to Cambodia or vice versa.
