Crosica Oct 9-19, 1997

Going towards the Summer
it's October: and Saddy, Andi & I we are on the way to summer: and so we left on Oct 9 to :

And why?Saddy's girl friend works for a year in Corsica... so that is a great reason for us, to extend our summer.

•  to have a longer summer
• to have a vacation
• to enjoy the sunshine
• to visit Dani and check out what she is actually doing

Typical for us: when loading all is very tight, we nearly have no space for all the luggage: and to think about it we are only 3 people!!

Nizza / France
Oct 10: it's 4.30 in the morning and we arrive in Nizza at the French coast. But you can only drive into harbour at 6 am. So we park in a huge parking space.
And after Andi parked it's car, he went outside and laid down on the sidewalk to sleep!! how idyllic!!!!

and then on the ferry we fall asleep again, until Saddy wakes us up: Corsica is in sight - did I mention it was totally windy.

Arriving in Corsica
Sometimes I have the feeling it's 2 against one: the guys against Gine. Because Dani's road description was not the greates, so it was like a big searching game: and then we have to find the house and even more complicated to find the door??
but then I got the grand generosity to pick up the car!!!
after some repacking - the surfing board stayed on top of the car for the moment. But overall the car was still full.... and no we can start our vacation

Sleeping on the Beachand finally we can have a rest and so we sleep on the beach!!
