I unpack only the clothes and things I might need, and as it is coffee time I decide to make some coffee before I close the door behind and get out to get acquainted with the premises.

I take my coffee outside the balcony where the view is amazing . The crystal calm waters of the Mediterranean extend out to the line of the horizon and the tropical gardens below look so tempting. It is quite hot outside at this time of hour and I want to avoid the heat.

The suite is comfortable and nicely furnished with soft relaxing colors. I love the imposing Greek sculpture on the wall. It is cool and cosy and the whole suite has a pleasant flowery scent. With all these I decide that for at least the next 2 hours I should remain in the suite until it gets cooler outside. I take a quick shower and jump on the bed to leaf through the Resort's Magazine and leaflets that are by the bedside table along with everything that was given to me upon arrival. I always do this when I have time and if I don’t, I usually take them along with me. Lately I got my lesson. I discovered that there are always some good bargains which I missed because I did not do any reading. I have plenty of time so why not enjoy the serenity of the room and see if there is something special on offer .

All right here I am and I want to live this.

The magazine highlights the amazing Spa menu and the tranquil environment, the personal attention and so on….

I read on and I come across the “Thalassotherapy supervised programme”.

I read that there is a 30% discount on H/B guests so why not. I think I will start my journey from here just as the card states above.

I go on reading and reading, I have a fruit and I call Yianni to see if everything is ok. I spare 10 minutes for my emails and I am soon out heading directly to the Spa to arrange my appointment for tomorrow.

Well, I am in for 2 treatments ….and I cannot wait.

The Resort is a landmark on the coastal road just outside Limassol in sprawling gardens defining 100 .000 m2 beach-front property. It is not far and within an easy access to the city centre and at the same time a premier escape. I only realized how huge it is when I had my afternoon stroll which was really interesting and I had been walking for more than an hour without seeing any road, hear cars or anything from the “outside world”.

I am in the middle of paradise along with all the adult guests, but it is a paradise for children of all ages as well. It is great to be young and these kids I came across here this afternoon are very lucky that their parents brought them along. There is a kid’s restaurant, amazing grounds and workshops. The kids are kept busy throughout the day with supervised trainers who look after them without any extras.

I counted 8 restaurants and 5 bars on my way but words couldn’t do it justice. I will let you see everything through my photos.
