We arrive early in Ketchikan and find 4 cruise ships already in the docks. We must tender ashore but everything for us is a new experience. Our room on the ship fits us nicely. We have a horse wagon tour of the town booked and a young couple shows us the yacht areas, the old port areas with the bordello and bars neat houses. Float plains and tourist fish boats abound.
