Again we have a sunny day, which helps a lot, because we need to get into town by tender: water taxi. The ship is too big to dock in Stockholm and even here we had to anchor away from the coast. Since everyone tried to get on land early in the morning, we opted for a later time. We didn't go to Stockholm (an hour bus or train ride) because we have been there and done that at another time. So guess what happened in the idyllic place of Nynaeshamn? Yes, the "Hop on and Hop off" bus got our business. It was a beautiful and scenic ride and Nelly stayed in the small town for an extra hour to take in the sights. Nelly made it back to the ship just in time, before a thunderstorm with hail started. Since then, we have seen the sun just occasionally. It really doesn’t matter because we are on the high sea for the rest of our cruise.
