Oslo, Wednesday, June 4. 2014 At 10 am we arrived in Oslo on a rainy and cold day. That didn't bother us and we took off well bundled up with the "Hop on Hop off" city tour bus. Our seats were on the top open deck, great for picture taking. It was a great way to take in the sights of the city and as you see below, we were able to take some good shots. Our plan was to hop off once in a while, however the rain and cold changed our minds. Even polar bear Nelly was looking forward to a hot cup of tea. After two hours we arrived half frozen at the ship and couldn’t wait to thaw out by eating a bowl of hot soup. After a short nap, Nelly braved the elements again and walked about the nearby fort and the rather hustling and bustling pier. There were some great photo opportunities. In the meantime, Jim stayed in the warm and cozy cabin and worked on the pictures.
