The Land of Anne of Green Gables

Charlottetown, Canada
We awake early after a rough stormy night at sea. Spray washed all the way onto our balcony up on Deck 11 but the ship must have a good crew and a good design as the trip is quite smooth. It is misty and trying to snow as we cruise past expensive house situated on the red sand beaches of PEI. We decided to check out an Anne shop, a knitting shop then a shopping centre. A large passenger facility is located immediately after we exit the ship. It, like the others, has all of the souvenirs you can imagine. On the stage, young are girls doing highland dances for the crowd. As we enter the city we pass by two large and historic churches and the very old Rodd Inn. Despite it being a Monday morning, the city seems very sleepy. A lobster restaurant is located 100 yards to the left of the ship. We make a note of this place for a future trip.
