G'day All,

Well today is a quite day we only intend to get the hop on hop of pretend tram, so a late breakfast and I had a cooked one Nancy did the right thing and had the continental breakfast, after breakfast we caught what they call the blue Cat bus it is a free inner city bus service and does a loop around the inner city there are two other services the red does the east side of the city and the yellow does the west side of the city ours did north to south .

The Bus came they run every 8 minutes through the day so you can't say you missed the bus, it took us to where we wanted to get off at the Hay street mall and Nancy went and found an optometrist as she was having problems with her contacts, got that sorted and then had a wander around the mall it is surprising how beautiful some buildings are an how some are so ugly they defy reasoning, we then decided to look for the Tram stop it was in another Pedestrian Mall and it was the next street over so we wandered through it and then went in the wrong direction headed back up the mall and walked straight past it came back and were chatting to a couple of ladies they were from Queensland as well sheesh here we were thinking we were the only ones and they pop up,

The tram arrived a tad late and away we went the driver come conductor come commentator was originally born in Rhodesia and after a few name changes to the country tried to come to Oz but was refused entry so he went to NZ stayed there 5yrs got a NZ passport and then came over here via the back door and has worked here ever since, he took us out to see the WACA ( Western Australia Cricket Association) cricket grounds, and then the usual city buildings finally we ended up at Kings park now this is a marvellous piece of nature over 1000 hectares of gardens.

Afterwards we went back to the drop off point and went into the mall as we had decided to buy a net book and hopefully do this blog on it but like all things known to man it did not happen thus i am home now typing this blog on my home computer so enjoy it :) as much as i am reliving the memories of the trip, so back to the Hotel and a rest and dinner and bed early as we have another long day tomorrow.
