G'day All,

Well it was suppose to be a sleep in day but alas we are off early again on a half day Fremantle tour so should be good, the bus arrived late to pick us up but that did not matter as it was still early . We were dropped off at the usual collection point and hopped on a bus it had some oof the Chinese and Indonesian from yesterday on it so felt like home the driver hoped on an off went he then started to tell us we would have a little tour of the city then kings park and head off to Fremantle where he would drop some people off for their trip back to Perth on the ferry the others will stay with him and we would then come back to the Barrack street wharf and pick up the ferry riders and then be taken back to the central collection area.

Nancy and i looked at ourselves when he said this and thought we had read the brochure wrong where it had said a half day tour of Fremantle i thought it meant we were going straight there have a few hours to look around WRONG, the tour went like this.

The driver showed us the same places we went on the hop on hop off tour then up to kings park where nothing was open but still said have a look around i will be back for you in 30 minutes and off he went left us to wander around . Well we did just that wandered around then back on the bus as he showed us some of the sights down to Fremantle the traffic was pretty heavy so was slow going eventually we arrived at Fremantle and true to his word he took us to the wharf where all the container ships and Livestock transporters were, he went and got the tickets for the Ferry people and when he got back he handed them out then said ok you can wait here for the Ferry and then took the rest of us into Fremantle showed us the Gaol (jail) then stopped at a stop and said ok you have 3/4 of an hour please be back on board and we will head back to Perth.

Well back on board and he drives us back to Perth oh oh in case you missed the tour of Fremantle that was it the inside of a bakehouse having a sandwich and a coffee, he then proceeded to show us around the expensive area of Perth saying that some of the homes were on sale for over 80 million dollars but sold for 60, then showed us a place that was under construction and was reputed to be going to cost the owner in excess of 100million by the time it was finished but was caught up in some legal scandal involving banks and dodgy dealings but this is typical of Perth if there are any shady dealings going on this is the Capital of dodgy dealings .

Back to Perth and off this wasted time of a tour and went and booked a Rottnest island day trip hopefully we will see some little Quokka's and i sad Quokka, so back into town went and bought a wireless mouse for the new net book we bought and then back to the Hotel for some washing and stuff.

When we got back nancy went to do the washing and ended up fighting the new washing machine she won yeah, i did some blogging and then we had a rest and i found out that the new mouse does not like me or the lap top either way it won't work, so back it goes tomorrow, then it was time for another beautiful meal this Hotel has the best chef's believe me, so little ones time for me to head to bed and you to do the same if you are reading this at night sweet dreams

I have never commented on tours before but I can tell you this Half Day tour of Fremantle is NOT what it makes its self out to be was it worth it NO was it value for money NO would i reccomend it NO
