THE CAVE OF SYLLA
On my previous entry I write a few things about the City of Edipsos, while here I want to show you the Cave of Sylla which is one of the best preserved finds from the Roman era
.Sylla's Cave still exists in the city and George the owner of the 9 Queens Spa Hotel offers to take us there this afternoon.
In the past the town of Edipsos was a popular resort of the Ancient Romans, favoured from numerous Emperors, Generals and Senators.
Sylla the famous Roman General happens to be one of the many who bathed in the local springs year after year seeking both pleasure and cure.
