BREAKFAST at the Thermae Sylla Spa is a feast . You can expect the best with the freshest quality and taste. As for the variety it will surprise you.
Homemade dainty morsel, traditional recipes made mostly from the owners produce.
Look for the sweet cheese pie dessert -recipe from the island of Syros, try the yoghurt pie, and surely don't miss the unbeatable 'galatopita’! Strudel and ‘halvas’ are nice two, but the three I mentioned first have tastes that cannot easily be forgotten.



BUFFET should not be missed. It should be considered a ‘must’ try. I have tried several dishes out of the menu presented during our stay and I was amazed with the quality of products, the presentation and taste.



DINNER is recommended for a special outing. The creations tickle the gastronomic curiosity and give incredible culinary joy.
