Non Travel Day
It had stopped raining overnight but the sky was still
overcast and thankfully the creek has receded somewhat, but it is still over its banks . Because it was cloudy this morning Valerie and Sue went shopping while Jack and Al stayed home to
relax. In the afternoon we went back up to the “Talimena Scenic Drive” and drove about 30 miles into Oklahoma; it was a beautiful drive with plenty of scenic overlooks of the valley. For dinner we met Sue & Al’s son “A. J.” and his significant other “Michelle” at the Mexican restaurant, and after dinner we all went back to the house, for an evening of laughs.
