Seems concerned for them, would like program with them. Trying to relocate them as houses gone with typhoon, but they don't want to move from close to sea. Also want to be close to town because begging one of their livelihoods! In Ormoc put in jail for begging. Mayor said send them back. He also told about lifting the ban on cock fighting so they could raise money for fiestas-- 15,000 for mass, 30,000 for the disco!!! This is a smaller municipality but rich in income from 2 big companies. Very close to Palompon

For here we headed back to Ormoc to the fast cat ferry back to Cebu . Suppose to be 2 1/2 hr ride. 1 hour into the voyage ran into mechanical problems a slowed to a crawl in the dark. Back in Cebu well after dark about 1 hour late. Difficult to get a cooperative taxi to the hotel.
