Meet for finalizing strategy and budgeting for the CHE/DPM training in potentially 5 municipalities in the Letye province. Rhodora has a handle on it and will be working with the leadership there in the Philippines on carrying this out. If this can be proved to be done here then this will serve as a model for other disaster plagued countries in Asia. Philippines then could incorporate this into the Internship here for extensive CHE training done in this country.
