Lindos, Dodecanese, Greece
For my excursion at our Rhodes Port of Call, I elected to take a bus trip to Lindos to climb to the top of the Acropolis and see the temple built for the goddess Athena. On the way, we stopped by a pottery shop where we witnessed the making and painting of the pottery. I purchased a pomegranate shaped piece of pottery with a design of a donkey and the acropolis to remind me of my trip to Lindos.
The hike up to the acropolis is steep, but it's worth it! the views are incredible!
