OUR TRIP TO LONDON
We fly to London on the 17th and we are met by our friends Maro and Paschalis
. Luckily there are no delays, and the day is fantastic.
We have booked to stay at a hotel this time instead of staying with Maro because they are having the house painted. We leave our luggage at the hotel and we are driven to Maro's house. We have tea together, and we drive to Saint Albans for lunch.
My husband insisted that he had the best pizza ever there, but this time we went to the same shop the pizza was not as the first time he says!
Anyway, I love this small village in the suburbs of London.
The plan was however to go a farm and pick some raspberries first, but farms are closed on Mondays.
Saint Albans is a very picturesque little village in the suburbs of London, and I love visiting it each time I am in London.
After lunch, we ask Maro to drive us back to the hotel to get some sleep because we had very little sleep the previous night.
We arrange to meet Maro either for lunch or for dinner but nothing is sure as yet, because my plan is to get to central London and do some sightseeing first. I have missed London, and the day is most promising tomorrow.

I love St Albans
I was born about 5 miles down the road from here. Now I live about 40 miles away, but still go and visit sometimes. Glad you like it.
